I over-tightened my injection valve after opening it up to clean the ball inside which was stuck from some buildup. This is used to supply a clorox mix to a residential well system. The inlet side appears to be 3/8 and the outlet end goes into a 3/4 female threaded pvc tee (see images for reference).
Does anyone know where I can get a replacement?

Thank you, Valveman! I didn't realize that the injector valve was related to the pump. I looked that up, called the company, and they were able to identify which valve I needed from the pump model. Now it's put back together and working like new again! Thanks!
