I think I need a new tank

Im just learning about jet pumps and pressure switches and well pressure tanks. It is in my humble opinion this tank has serious issues. Just had to replace pressure switch.

As you can see the cement slab broke in 2. Part of the pipe is in the cement slab. This is a total mess and should be upgraded . Any suggestions?

Sorry for the delay. Yes you should upgrade to a CSV and a diaphragm style tank. It will take up much less space, make the pump system last much longer, and give you strong constant pressure in the house. I would replace everything on the discharge side of the pump with one of these. Custom PK1A PSIDE-KICK Pressure Tank Kit
