Bathroom vent through wall?

Im in the Seattle Wa area and am trying to find my options for vent solutions. Adding a master bath to wing of house where there is no plumbing. Low pitch roof and thin pocket book says I don't want to pay for a roofer to torch in a roof jack for my 3 inch vent. Is there a option for wall venting? It is only a tub/sink/toilet going to vent. single story home. lots of space and shrubs from my house to neighbors house.

Putting the vent through a low pitch roof should be no problem for a qualified roofer. That being said depending on the plumbing codes in your area you may be able to use a studor vent. They work great, but must be installed in a accessible area.
