Recently had Grohe VITALIO FLEX 26520000 installed, and push button to switch water between the 2 shower heads sticks. I see it's a problem for a lot of people, can't find replacement part online. Waiting to hear from Grohe.
Meanwhile, I can't figure out how to get it out. Here is a photo with the plastic cap off. Tried removing screw and used socket. It turns but doesn't loosen or tighten. Can't find any how to instructions online.
