The handles are most likely held on by a screw. You might need a handle puller to get the handles off, but I can usually break them loose with a rubber or plastic mallet. Then the escutchions should thread off. The stem will unscrew with a hex head underneath the escutchion. Make sure the stem is partially open when you unscrew it.
