My tub faucet is dripping and I believe it is coming from the cold stem. I went to home depot and lowes and could not find a replacement for this. Can anyone please help? I don't know how old it is. The condo was built in 1990 and that is all info I have on it. The handles say Delta on them.

thank you for your help. How do I identify the model #? I went online to delta and looked up that brand and it has 3 different series with 2 different stems. How do I know which one I have? The pictures I found online only show one side and I cannot see the underside of them to see if it would be a match

You don't need to. The stem you have works in tandem with standard Delta rubber seats and springs. All stores that sell plumbing parts sell these seats. The stem does not cause the leak, the seats do. Replace the seats. Many videos online show how to do this. Use Delta brand seats and springs, NOT imitations.
