Tape to join foam insulaion

i need to join together foam insulation where they meet at an elbow. I assumed I could buy foam tape at Lowes but they did not have it. What should I use? This is for an outside cold PVC water pipe.

You could wrap the corners with this. use this more for wrapping underground steel gas line joints.

just got a small can of adhesive for foam pipe insulation I'll get the name maybe tomorrow
