You're going to have to remove the stem. Might be able to identify with a photo of it next to tape measure/ruler
 
That's what I'm trying to avoid if possible! :/
I've already been on site for an unrelated issue and was going to rebuild faucet upon my return visit.
Everything else in the bathroom was Kohler (roman tub & bidet faucet) and I assumed Kohler.
If I can know for sure before my return visit, it'd be better for me!

Any and all help would be very much appreciated!! (Lesson learned)
