I need to shut off the water into my condo unit in order to fix a leaking bathtub faucet. I'm not able to find it within my unit but saw a valve outside by the garage doors on a common faucet. Can someone take a look at the attached photo and let me know if that's it? If it is, guess I'll have to coordinate with the other units in my building before shutting it off. Is that common? Thanks!
