I'm not a plumber but a client asked me to change the faucet handles in her rental property. It looks like there are very small holes in the middle which probably have a screw inside but I'm wondering what kind of screw and who made the faucet. Any help would be great. I asked two plumbers and neither had ever seen anything like them before.
