Hi everyone

The shower in my apartment will not go above a lukewarm temperature. Hot water in the bathroom sink and elsewhere in the apartment works fine. I suspect that it's an issue with temperature control on the thermostatic valve, but the valve doesn't have the typical stopper behind the handle that I've seen in instructions and videos online. Also, the valve doesn't have a brand or model on it that I could use to lookup schematics. I've included pictures of the valve with and without the handle. Can you identify the model and recommend how I could adjust the temperature higher?

Thanks for your help

Randy
