We need help!!! We have 1 shower head that continually leaks and in another bathroom the tub faucet leaks. We have tried everything. - a pressure relief valve was placed on the house - switched moen cartridges TWICE - tried adjusting PRV went all the way down to 20 psi and it still leaks. Nothing has helped. Initially the house didn't have a PRV and when it was first installed, the leaking stopped but only for a few weeks and then came back in the same manner as it appeared. Slow drips that increase to a constant leak. WHAT IS WRONG?!?!
