Might be kohler or delta
It does not look like any Delta I have seen. Why do you want to know the brand? If you want to repair a leak, pull out the cartridge and bring it to your local plumbing supply store to match up by sight.
As most trims have similar designs, it is always best to post a picture of the cartridge with the handle and trim plate removed. There are a few guys here that are great at identifying valves and fixtures.
