AC Vertical unit drain pan is not draining.

Can't find the outside line. Looks like it may tie into sewer line.

I blew into line an heard gurgling.

Tried shop vac on line in AC closet.

Worked for a bit (no gurgling) but then leaked again.

Thinking of plugging up roof vent and trying compressor.

Other than that not sure if maybe need to snake roof vent or open up drywall to see what is going on.

Any help appreciated.

Thanks,
Geodepe

We have a property we service that the builders ran a 1"pvc AC drain for 2 units into and under the slab. The line runs out about 20' to 30 ft to the outside of building.
Line dumps into a buried gravel pit or a perforated buried drain pipe.
I have to use a hand snake and electronic line locator to find it and dig it up.

Like Frodo said use compressed air. Blow it out, Forget about snaking the roof vents

1st picture someone installed some area drains and just wacked off the PVC coming out of the footing.

Thanks for reply ... we ended up calling a plumber ... he blew it and it did not quite fix it ... they had to snake it from the roof vent.
