OK, I am finishing my basement, and I can’t figure out which stub out is for the toilet. The two pipes in the photo labeled "B" and "C" are the ones I am referring to.

1) Track house in Denver, Colorado, 10 years old.
2) Two possible toilet locations
3) 3” pipe "B", no p-trap, heads towards street, no smell at all, drains fine.
4) 4” pipe"C", no p-trap, heads towards street, no smell at all, drains fine.
The 3” seems to be the right one, but it is very tight using a 30” wide tub.
And if the 3” is for the toilet, what the heck is that 4“ for???
Any ideas? Even a WAG would help.
Thanks
