Will this leak?

Attaching a garden hose supply line at the end of this 1/2 to 3/4 bushing. Look at the photo. The tapered edge that will compress the rubber gasket is uneven. Have you used any such bushings? Do they seal properly?

3/4 mip and male hose thread are different.

And use a brass 1/2 inch fip to male hose thread adaptor.
