Will draining and wet venting this shower right above a toilet present any problems. The shower will be 2 inch and tie into the vent stack using a sanitary tee. Then directly below it I will go to three inch and the toilet will tie into the stack.

I was going to do but I'd have to come out the right side of that fitting rather than the left. The stack is on the gable side of the house so there is a joist in my way. If I box it out and use that fitting I would have to cut a hole in the header that I just made to get the shower pipe to connect. So I was just gonna go under the joist with the 3 inch and then go through that joist with the 2 inch. I feel like going down and then over with the shower drain is bad for venting purposes. Im open to suggestions. Here is pic of my current situation. You can see where I cut the top plate. That's where the stack is going.

just for your info. they make right hand side utlet tees and left hand ones
they also make double [right and left]

sounds like you have a plan, goot luck

Yeah I've got one actually. Special ordered but now I dont think I'll need it. Unless I decide to box out that joist. Think I'm better off just lowering the ceiling a couple inches.
