Your expansion tank pressure should match the highest water pressure you have up to 80 psi.

The expansion tank should be inflated with the water off and the residual water pressure bleed down. Then air up the tank to match the highest pressure up to 80 psi.

If you have over 80 psi then you need a pressure reducing valve.

I pumped it to 60 psi, which was my incoming pressure.
 
So definitely some iron in there, but doesn't look bad.

I wouldn't change it till the pressure drop gets too high.

I noticed a pretty significant pressure drop. That's what made me go down and check it. It dropped from 60psi to 40psi.
