Which stop tube for Moen?

Can't tell what model this is, nor do I know if it's Posi Temp. Need the stop tube kit, and maybe this handle is too shallow/short as well...?

If you pull the stem out to turn it on, and twist the stem to adjust the temperature, then it is Moentrol. If you twist the stem to turn it on and twist to adjust temperature, then it is Positemp
