Which shower trim kit to use?

Hello, I bought a delta and moen trim kit for a shower at my cabin and neither work for this shower. Any idea which kit I need for this sort of valve? It’s the type where you push up to turn the water on, more left for hot, right for cold. The knob is rounded on the sides and flat on the top and bottom.
Any help would be much appreciated!
