What trim kit do I need?

Took off a very old tub trim kit that had no brand on it and I can’t figure out which brand to replace it with? Can you please help? Please see the picture.

if no one on this forum can identify it bring the cartridge to a plumbing supply house along with the trim most supply houses have books at the counter and they may already know what it is....
