I bought a 1/1 post ww2 built house a few months back (cool for now,probably use as a rent house later) and it needed work. I am at the point where I need to remodel the bathroom but I'm hesitant due to the nature of the remodeling so far (found some mold, had to remove some walls etc.). What should I do in the meantime if my bathroom gets consumed and I am unable to use it. Is it possible to rent a port o jon and put it in the back yard? I'm open to anything.

I don't know where you live but yes you can rent an outhouse. Here in my area of CA they cost me 95 bucks a month and that includes once a week cleaning and pumping no contract just pay month to month. i think that would be a great idea if you plan on taking your time to get things done properly.
