What should I do about this riser problem ?

Hello everyone,

In an effort to possibly replace my risers I watched the YouTube video

Unfortunately my riser is square . The riser frame that I have is wooden and rotting away. The lid is concrete. The current opening is 2 feet x 2 feet square. I am wondering what you would suggest to rectify this. I uploaded a photo of what it looks like.
