What specific kit do professionals recommend for:

Waste and Overflows for standard 5 foot tub, ABS drains, bronze finish, with the ability to use test plugs (or knockouts), new construction?

Do you recommend glue up assemblies vs screwed together versions?

Advise for installation to address any problem areas (I installed one tub years ago with a brass assembly and the angle of the overflow where it met the tub was weird and a bit difficult to get a tight fit, maybe I had the wrong overflow for the the wrong tub)

Thanks everyone.

I used to say go brass, then I had a skin drain corrode through and make a mess and need to be replaced. Plastic does not corrode.

Why would you go to the expense of brass?
Why would you use a corrosive metal in a hidden place where you can not see if it is failing and leaking, and be very difficult to replace.
