What kind of faucet can I attach to this?

I am trying to put together a bid, and I need to find a faucet that will attach to this.


There are two of these, 8" spread. Out of the picture is a hosebib. The outside of the fitting is a fine thread of approximate 3/4", the inside is 1/2" pipe thread. The male 1/2" supply is too lose to support a valve, that is accomplished by the outer fine thread. The part in the picture will not be part of the finished assembly, I just included it to show what I need a valve to attach to.
What am I trying to find?

Looks to me like an old sink basin mounted faucet, similar to what my garage S/S sink has, but I've seen it mounted on porcelain sinks as well.
