I actually started to post here a few days but got interrupted before I submitted it.

I went to a Monster Truck jam last weekend. Very impressive.
They had it at PETCO PARK. San Diego Padres Stadium located in Downtown SD.
I watched some big foot trucks about 30 years ago run around crushing cars and hollowed out RVs.
The most impressive trick of the night was the walking 2 wheel hand stand by MAX-D.

And the winner of the Freestyle event "Whiplash" was a women driver.
That was Okay. There was some other crazy stuff but you had to be there.

I copied and pasted the link directly to my post text
instead of using the insert link icon in tool bar.
That seems to work

Instead of posting the url just go to the video you are wanting to post and copy the address in the url bar.

https: //www. youtube. com/watch?v=cayfTk7amys&feature=youtu.be

That has spaces so it will show. When I just post it, I get this result:

[ame]https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cayfTk7amys&feature=youtu.be[/ame]

But if you do it from the address, it will work:

[ame]https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ph9NQ8ASmX4&feature=youtu.be[/ame]

I've been told some time ago that's how it worked.

Just paste in the address bar address and you will get this:

I think the site is being buggy. I believe it was down for awhile (along with the sister forums) because downforeveryoneorjustme said it was down.

It's been incredibly slow for me though-- and I don't know if it's just me or if it's a server issue.

Since we're sharing videos: [ame]https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dQw4w9WgXcQ[/ame]

I'm guessing maybe different browser settings? Might have to do with the version of Flash or if you have flashblockers? I don't know.

I attempted to make dumplings (to go with the broth/stew my brother made for chicken and dumplings). I used my mother's knadle (drop noodle) recipe. For a small batch, it called for 1 egg, 1 cup flour, 1 tsp salt and "enough water to make a soft dough". Since I wanted a larger batch I multiplied it by 2. Used 1 cup of water but the dough was more like a batter. So, I made it 3x. Mom tasted the dough and said it needed more salt. I added a tsp of garlic salt.

I always remembered her using a large spoon so I used a big spoon for it. I forgot that she would scrape the dough off the large spoon with a "baby spoon". So instead of nice small drop noodles, I ended up with huge ugly bumpy dumplings. Mom said the dough I used was still a little too soft/runny so I'll have to play around with the mixture more. At least the dumpling scoop I got came in handy though-- just scooped them out when they floated to the top. But some of them got stuck to the bottom of the pot and didn't float so I had to pull them loose.
