What Brand of Valve Cartridge is this?

I'm trying to replace the value cover and handle. Any idea what brand / model would work with this?

I believe that’s American Standard.

I’m not sure which model, maybe someone else knows.

Maybe an R121SS rough valve.

Here is a sheet showing at least some of the trims available at time of printing.
