Help please!!

Found a leak in the shower valve water supply pipe joint (cpvc to copper), leaking behind the shower panel into the interior of wall of bath.

Please see video of leak here:

The leak has been stopped.

Could not attach pictures, so I have added them in a reply to my own post. Please take a look.

The shower valve is not braced.
The supply lines are not clamped.

This home is in California, built in 2009.

I am perplexed this happened. Is it a code violation issue?

cut the cpvc remove the affected cpvc fittings use the exact same new fittings and a coupling
I should have added in my original post, that the leak has been stopped. Made the correction. The plumber I called in urgently did exactly as you said, thank you.
