Water running into toilet bowl

Hello - water bill was higher so checked and there is water running into the toilet bowl. Turned off the water and the water is still leaking into the bowl. There's only about 1/2 inch of water left in the tank. I am not handy at all, but would appreciate any advice. thanks!

Replace the flapper.

I agree with John , Sounds like a bad flapper or flush valve. You should start by replacing the flapper.

Push button flush I'm guessing? Replace "flapper" lol

replace the flapper and if the problem still persists might need a plumber to look at it
