The electrical for my well pump is run through well pipe For a housing. Today I went into my basement and noticed a good amount of water on the floor. It seemed to be coming from the housing pipe. What causes this? Is there a seal that’s let go? What the solution?

Pictures please, and describe what the pictures are of.
Take several different angles, some close, some wider angle.

Top pic is the amount of water on the floor. Middle pic is the water coming out of wire housing
The bottom pic is the water coming out of the wire housing.

You probably have a flowing or Artesian well. Sometimes just sealing the wire inside the conduit at the well head will stop this. Your seal has probably just gone bad. But many flowing wells have a drain at the well head to let the excess water out, and yours could be clogged?
