My washer connection is frozen. I tried loosing it with penetration oil as well as heat, but with no luck. In fact, may have damaged the rubber washer in the valve as it is now oozing. As you can see from the photo, I do not have much room to work in. What are my options here?

1. Cut the hose and spray penetrating oil from the inside. If I am able to remove the hose, can one put a new washer in the valve.

2. Remove the old valve by heating at the threads and installing a new valve on the old copper pipe

3. Remove the entire T section and use SharkBite fittings

Success. I was able to replace the washer and stem pack by heating it up with a butane torch and taking a pair of vice grips to it. The old hose was not as easy, so I cut it off.
