My washer drain was over flowing the drain behind it. Had plumber snake it out. Didn’t do much but did prevent it from over flowing the drain. A few days later I had water on the floor which was coming from a vent under the counter I never saw. There is two traps on this drain. I need to know what i need to do to resolve this problem

The washer drain is done properly. It's everything else that's a mess.
What you need to do is hire a licensed plumber to bust all that out of there and do it correctly. I don't understand what's going on with that "wall", but that'll need to get fixed up after the plumber is done, too.
Why is that red hose just jammed into a drain pipe? The part inside the pipe is very likely a cause for your clogs.

The red hose is coming a water softener in the garage. And I just bought home a month ago. Home inspector said it was going to have a draining problem right due to newer washers. But they never saw the double trap and vent under the counter. I just need direction. I’m a licensed hvac tech. I had a plumber hear twice. And he didn’t do anything. Told his company it needs a clean out installed. I need this drain to be fixed correctly.

If you are a licensed hvac tech, but don’t have the knack for plumbing, just hire this out.

Yeah, there's just too many questions to say, "Well, just do this," without being there. What's on the other side of that wall? Is the washer standpipe vented? Was that trap and AAV for an old sink? How's it connect underneath? Is the pipe in the crawlspace big enough for what you've got on it now? Etc. Etc.
Demo will need to get done to start finding answers, though. If you wanna save a plumber some work, that wall and foam has gotta get ripped out. The counter maybe needs to come off, too. And the wall opened up a little ways behind it from that mess of pipes.

First off get that hose off there it is connected directly to sewer gas. Then get that foam spray out and lets see what you are working with. The AAV could be stuck
