Has anyone installed a wall mount toilet in a residential application?? Can you just install backing or do you have to use the "Carrier" type mount?? Also...Do you use a standard "Sloan" type valve or......???? Thanks, Frank!

I have installed a few. Both in VERY high end homes. One of them cost over $2k and had a heated seat and "blow dryer" built in. None of them required more than 1/2" supply. Most of them have Sloan "Pressure Assist" type tanks.

All wall hungs require a carrier. Do you want your mother in law relying on backing while sitting on top of a bowl of $&!%?
