This problem in my downstairs bathroom started this past week. The bathroom doesn't get a lot of use, but my parents were staying as guests.
I have a Delta widespread setup.
When I turn the hot water on, there's no noise until I turn the handle about 75% open. Then a strong vibration starts. When the Hot is open 100%, the vibration is louder.
I went into the basement followed the noise and the pipes, but it isn't very noticeable. It seems like the vibration is really more behind the sink / in the wall.
I poked around on the internet and replaced the O-ring on the stem valve, but that hasn't done anything.
Any suggestions on what to do next?
