My toilet run will require me to run 13' horizontally (1/4" slope). I'm using a 4x3 PVC closet bend. I'd like to use a 3x3x2 or 3x3x 1 1/2" wye (New York City uses IPC which allows 1 1/2" venting on toilets). I'll roll the wye 45*. What is the minimum distance from the wye to the trap? I've read the maximum distance b/w the trap and the vent should be no more than 6 feet.

I was going to attempt to draw a diagram but the internet already did that for me:

I’m not sure what your code says but it’ll be ok. Just be sure to install a cleanout in the vertical vent at least 6” above the height of the toilet bowl. I’d go 30” myself.
