Unusual interchangeable shower heads

Have these shower heads that are quick change and the quick change part has broke and can't seem to find a name on fixtures. I've researched for days and can't find anything. This is a pic of symbol. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yeah it is in like a million dollar house. Thank you so very much. I went to every place in town and nobody had seen fixtures with quick change fittings. The fitting is what I'm looking for and having trouble finding it.

I know blackman stocks the more common grohe stuff, and they can certainly order it. you can likely inform any supply house the make and model and they can order it. They make generic parts as well, it should be significantly cheaper online and brick and mortar.
