I have this diverter not functioning, and upon bringing to the Locke or any other plumbing store, they are unable to identify it.

Could you help me to figure out where can I get this part?

If you took that to a plumbing parts supplier and they didn’t find it, they simply didn’t want to help you.

Never go back to that store.

@Twowaxhack i just received the diverter part.

Do i need to use plumbing tape on the diverter when installing it? How can i make sure it doesn’t leak back inside the wall?

The old cap gasket may still be in the valve. It’s fine to leave and use it.

Install it and operate the faucet without the trim on it and check for leaks. Don’t use Teflon on the threads. The threads do not seal it but rather pull it tight into the valve. A gasket makes the seal.

The oring on the stem probably makes the seal. I don’t see a cap gasket listed for it. Install and check it.
