Unknown Delta Shower Faucet Type

Greetings,

Wondering if anyone can ID this faucet and advise whether the cap pops off like other Delta faucets, or if it unscrews. Very difficult to figure this out since there a no grooves or screws. I need to replace cartridge and can’t get the cap off.

It unscrews counter clockwise. Its a 3 piece handle. The top smooth section, the polished brass accent piece then the handle base.
