Uninstall Porcelanosa NK Kitchen Faucet Help

Hi there. I’m trying to uninstall / deinstall a Porcelanosa NK kitchen faucet. I’ve unscrewed the nut all the way, but I still can’t get the underside to come apart. What am I doing wrong? Photo attached. Thanks!

It looks like you have to unscrew the hose that feeds the sprayer head, from what looks like a brass check valve.
Then unscrew the check valve.
Then unscrew the brass hex nut that holds that brass plate up under the black rubber and the white plastic disk.

Of course, you also need to detach the supply hoses from the shutoffs.
