Help! My new house has a crazy plumbing job. The diverter to the shower head is not working. Upon looking at it it is way too loose and appears to be the generic repair parts. The biggest problem is the spout itself in on a pecs line. It is bendy and not sealed and I can not for the like of me even figure out how to pull the faucet off to see what's going on behind the wall! It will spin and spin and spin, so I am not sure how it's even connected!

dang...a jack leg wanna be has struck again

use a mirror/ stand on your head
look under the spout for a Allan head screw
loosen the screw, and it should pull off
