Toilet Supply Line, Leaking - Can I replace?

I replaced the toilet valve, reconnected the supply line now it is leaking at location 1 (see attached image). Can I replace the line by removing the line from location 2? Or must I replace the entire valve?

That is a one piece supply line, and im afraid you will need to replace the entire stop valve and supply line combo. But first, check the gasket leading from the supply line to the toilet. With any luck, it is just pinched and not seated correctly.
