I cannot figure out how to tighten this toilet seat. Doesn't appear to have a quick release and I cannot access the underneath of the toilet without removing rhe whole toilet. Can someone please help?!

Still very had to see, here in the u.s the fasteners, what ever they maybe are located behind the seat were the tank and bowl meet,I can't see if there is a space between your seat and bowl
There is none, which is the issue. The bowl is continuous to the floor so I cannot access the underneath part of the seat attachments. I've read that some are "top attaching" seats, otherwise this looks like a bigger job.

Unless you can somehow pry the seat loose from its moorings, the design of the bowl indicates that access to the other end of the retaining bits can only be obtained with the toilet removed and tipped upside down.

I have a friend who installed these fancy European (get it, you are peeing) toilets. He had a loose toilet seat and using a pair of channel locks, I turned the chrome portion of the hinge, which looks like a flat washer against the porcelain, in a clockwise motion, and it secured the seat tight.
