Toilet Rough In ~11”

I wanted to change out a toilet in my house, but when I measured the rough in, it’s ~ 11.5”. Any advice on what type of toilet to purchase? I’m a novice so don’t want to screw this up!

Most all 12” toilets will sit in a 11.5” space.

Manufacturers publish cut sheets with drawings showing gap of tank to wall and base to wall. This should help you choose.

I've encountered this:
Are you measuring to a baseboard tile or trim? On many toilets, the tank lid is the closest to the wall, with the base of the toilet a few inches away. This may help you choose.
