Had a slow drip from what I thought was a cartridge and pressure balance thing.
There was also moisture outside under the bathroom on the side of the house foundation.
installed new parts,(had to swap the grey front plate of the old pressure balancing unit on to the new one) and the leak in the tub fixed.
still getting a leek on the outsid.
It leeks when the sower is on.
‘I took the plate off the cartridge and couldn’t find the leek coming from the cartridge or pressure balancing unit.
should I buy another cartridge and presbalunit and see it the parts were defective, or am I missing something obvious to the pros?
