I'm trying to tighten the retainer ring on my single-handle kitchen faucet (Tebisa brand, photo attached) as it is leaking from under the handle. I've removed the small set screw from behind the button, but the handle on top will not release and come off. Any suggestions?

That allen screw is all there is. Pull harder. Or try calling them at 800 820 7405 if they might still be in business.
