Tank bad????

I have a 60 year old steel tank. A board was placed across it. The grass at the center of the tank is 2.5 inches lower than the ends of the board. What is the probability that the tank needs replacing?

Probably doesn't matter anyway. Any 60 years old steel tank that is buried has a 99 percent chance of being bad in one way or another. If not collapsed.
