Sump Pump discharge

I have a sump pump discharge line on the exterior wall of my home . Just lately , I have noticed that the overflow elbow is spitting water . I measured about 16 ounces overnight. This just started and I am wondering what might be causing the water to discharge from this elbow. Could a partial blockage of the pipe cause this ? Thanks , Bob

try running an auger thru the 90 into the bigger pipe...…..then I would test the fixtures that drain into the sump try dye in the toiletcheck the faucet and shower for leaks
