Strange smell after bathroom reno

Hey, I’m I hoping someone can help me with a smell that ha prevented me from using my newly renovated (diy) bathroom. Last year I re tiled the shower (did not change or remove pan), new tile on floor (removed and put back same toilet), new counters, sinks, faucets (no plumbing changed). So everything was cosmetic, no alterations to any pipes etc. There is now a strange smell that seems to be worse on some days than others, but always there. I have checked out some posts here and see other people complain of sulphur and ammonia smells, this could be described as a mix of both.
The pipes sat dry for over a month while I renovated, I have run the water and ensured the traps are all flooded. The bathroom has been cleaned meticulously and all the material in there are brand new. I used a new thicker wax seal for toilet. I live in a townhouse and this is a third story ensuite, no other rooms in the house have this smell, and we are pet free. Can’t figure this one out, please help!

Pics of as much of the plumbing as you can provide would be helpful.

Put your nose at the base of the toilet just to make sure that is not a source.
Other than that, based on your description, I'm at a loss other than residual tile materials. that smel description makes me think thinset or sensitivity to the grout or grout sealer.

Maybe you drilled through a vent or drain pipe while mounting a cabinet, and stink air or stink water is collecting behind the wall.

Driving a drill bit or a screw into pvc feels similar to framing lumber.

I only have the one photo of the shower mid reno. I also attached a few photos of what’s in there now. No more photos available to show what’s behind walls.

I considered the same, but can confirm that I didn’t, I triple checked.
