Is it feasible to have a standard kitchen faucet that has the warm/cool water mix, but also has a cold water dispensing option as well?
We are building a very tiny ADU here in California. For the new kitchen, our sink will be super small bar sink - like 12-13 inches wide. We REALLY do not want to have 1 standard faucet and 1 cold water dispenser. We would like to have only 1 faucet. But I really want option to have the cool water also be very cold for drinking.

Is there a way to do it all? I need to communicate this to my plumber. Thanks.

I think there could be a way. Nothing standard that I know of. You may have to compromise. Why not ask the plumber to design something for you and you can work out it with him.

Most people have the cold drinking water dispensed from their refrigerator or a stand alone water cooler.

Im not aware of any kitchen faucet ever that would give hot/cold tap water and chilled water.
