If it is a shutoff valve, and it is actually condensation, you may not be able to. If it is weepage, you can replace the valve.
 
I blew the photo up. Leak. The leakage is in the exact same spot because it has built up a lot of scale. Condensation would be more spread out than a pinhole leak. Fix it before it suddenly becomes a flood one day.
 
Years ago, it wasn't that uncommon to get a cast brass fitting with a pinhole from the factory.
Probably just found its way through a weak spot in the casting.
